Delivery lead times and promises

Burwood Joinery understand the frustration of not being able to get a reasonable promised delivery from some suppliers and even worse is the experience that, having worked around an extended delivery date, the big day dawns, you have booked time either to fit the goods yourself or for builders and joiners to be on site and nothing happens.

Part of the Burwood Joinery quality promise is to be as flexible as possible to fit your needs.

If you need us to pull out the stops for you then ask. We can always say no, and we will if we don’t believe that we can deliver on time.  Things that can extend this delivery promise are:-

• large or intricate jobs,

• door or window furniture that needs to be cast to your specific design, moulding cutters that need to be made to your order.

In other words if you need us to buy in services for your order that will have to be built in to the timescale, it may well become extended.

Once you have a delivery promise from us, expect us to keep to it. If we can despatch early we will check with you first, if, as occassionally happens things go adrift we will give you as much notice as possible.
